B.A.S.E.S. Athletic Skills Development and Education Evolution of an Athlete through more purposeful practice.
B.A.S.E.S. provides Educational Programs for baseball and softball coaches and players 8-18 yrs old. Customized workshops offer skill and athletic performance testing and analysis, interactive instruction on proper exercise technique and progressions, and individualized program development and follow through. Parents, coaches, and the athlete(s) will leave with the understanding that improved conditioning of these skills will have a significant impact on decreasing the likelihood of injury and increasing a player's game time performance.
